This piece is a part of my <a href=\"https:\/\/staging-ahmadawais.kinsta.cloud\/2018-year-in-review\/\">2018 Year in Review (read the context)<\/a> \u2192<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Over the years, I&#8217;ve become more and more serious about Open Source software. Lately, I&#8217;ve come to realize that no matter if I work with JavaScript or the Cloud communities \u2014 I can always build, contribute, and share open source software code. That&#8217;s who I am.<\/p>\n<p>I think right now (and I don&#8217;t say this stuff lightly), <strong>I&#8217;m super passionate about Open Source<\/strong> \u2014 more than anything else in my professional life. It&#8217;s a lifestyle. Over a decade of writing code and the most fun part has always been when I shared my workflows and open sourced my software.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>When developers reach out to me to tell that my software has helped them get a job, a better client, and that they appreciate the work I do \u2014 it&#8217;s something.
